1. Overview

At Potion Alpha, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds are granted for our trading program.


2. Review and Notification Period

Review Window: You must review and complete the entire program within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase. Proof of completion is required, and we will verify this.

Notification Requirement: If you wish to request a refund, you must contact support via the Whop Resolution Center, providing explicit proof that you completed both the activity and review requirements. Refund requests made through Discord support tickets will be redirected to the Whop Resolution Center.


3. Refund Eligibility


To be eligible for a refund, you must meet all the following requirements:

Complete the Program: Review and complete the entire program within 3 days (72 hours) of your purchase, providing proof that we can verify.


Complete the Notification Requirement: Request a refund through the Whop Resolution Center, demonstrating proof of completed activities and adherence to the review requirements.


Complete Activity Requirement: Engage in daily trading activities for 90 consecutive days starting from the purchase date. If the specified trading outcomes are not met, you may request a refund.


4. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Contact Us: Submit your refund request through the Whop Resolution Center, including proof that you have met the activity, notification, and review requirements.

Evaluation: We will review your request and verify that the program has been completed within the specified timeframe.

Decision: Refunds will be processed only if all conditions are met. You will receive confirmation of your refund request, and the refund will be issued to your original payment method.


5. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted under the following conditions:

If you fail to contact us through the Whop Resolution Center.

If you do not demonstrate engagement with or completion of the program within the 72-hour review period, as verifiable by us in Whop.

If you do not provide adequate proof of daily trading activities for 90 consecutive days and fail to achieve the specified outcomes.


6. Additional Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be granted if:

You fail to contact us within the 3-day (72-hour) review period.

You have not demonstrated engagement with or completion of the program.

The refund request is based on reasons other than dissatisfaction with the quality or content of the program.
