Potion Alpha Return and Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 15, 2024
1. Digital Services Non-Refundable:
- Crypto Payments: Potion Alpha does not offer refunds for payments made in cryptocurrencies. All crypto transactions are final.
- Fiat Payments through Whop: or payments processed through our partner, Whop, users can initiate a refund request within 30 days of the transaction via Whop's resolution center.
2. Refund Process for Fiat:
- Disputes and Refunds: Users can initiate a refund request or dispute a charge directly through the Whop platform.
3. Membership and Access:
Access Issues: No refunds will be provided for delays or issues in accessing services due to user error in linking Discord accounts or any technical issues outside of Potion Alpha's control.
Cancellation: Subscriptions can be canceled at any time, but no prorated refunds will be given for the remainder of the billing cycle. Access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
No Refund Policy for Delays or Misconnections:
Access Delays: Should there be a delay in activating your membership due to account linking issues or any other reason, no refunds will be provided. However, we will work to resolve the access issue promptly.
4. Exceptions:
Service Termination: In the event Potion Alpha ceases service, pro-rated refunds for unused time might be considered for fiat payments at our discretion.
User Error: If a user pays for a service but fails to utilize it due to their error (e.g., not connecting accounts), no refund will be issued.
Changes to Policy:
Any changes to this policy will be updated on our platform. Continued use of our service following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
